Lucy

Lucy was my bucket list dog and soulmate. Her parents were from Ukraine. She was beautiful and minded to a T. Lucy died at the tender age of 3. She died from blastomychosis after sniffing a fungus that grew on my lakeshore yard. The fungus released spores that went to her lungs. She died from the inside out. So overwhelmed by her death, I could not cry. Sadder, I can never own another dog due to the fungus. I love you so much Lucy. I look forward to reuniting someday with my precious girl.
