Bright Meadow Counseling
I am a licensed professional counselor and lifelong animal lover. As part of my practice, I provide compassionate support for those grieving the loss of a beloved pet. Over the years, I’ve shared my life with many animal companions and understand how deep the human–animal bond can be and how profound the grief when they’re gone. Because pet-related grief is often misunderstood or minimized, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate space where clients can find validation, comfort, and a path toward healing.
By my Side (Pet Loss Counselling)
Vicky provides gentle refuge for hearts carrying one of the quietest, yet deepest kinds of pain. Existing in that tender space where love for an animal companion doesn’t simply end, but transforms—often leaving behind confusion, longing, and a profound sense of absence. More than counselling; she recognises that the bond between a person and their pet is rich with daily rituals, unconditional love, and shared life moments that others don’t always fully see. In her presence, clients don’t have to justify their grief or minimise it—they’re met with warmth, validation, and compassion. Here you will find a safe place where stories can be told, tears can fall freely, and memories are honoured rather than hurried along. Vicky helps navigate the complex emotions of loss—whether it’s guilt, loneliness, or even relief—guiding all clients gently toward healing at their own pace. There’s no pressure, only space to process, remember, and eventually find a new way to carry love forward. By my Side (Pet Loss Counselling) is about connection: helping people feel less alone in their grief, and reminding them that the love they shared with their pet is meaningful, lasting, and worthy of being held with care.
Caroline Rose Photography
As a portrait photographer for the past 12 years, I’ve learned that the most meaningful images aren’t always the loudest, they are the quiet, sacred moments in between. End of life pet photography is one of those spaces. These sessions are slow, gentle, and led entirely by your pet’s comfort. I step in softly, documenting the way your hand naturally rests on their fur, the familiar way they look at you and the love that has filled in your everyday moments for years. There is deep peace in honoring a life so well loved. This work isn’t about grief it’s about gratitude. It’s about preserving the bond that shaped your home and your heart, and creating something tangible you can hold onto long after the toughest goodbye ❤️

Co-Creative Counseling
I work with people in Florida as a psychotherapist for grief and loss of loved ones, especially our beloved companion animals. I am a dog mom who incorporates my own canine partner, Bear, who is a therapy dog and crisis response canine, in my practice. I understand the grief and angst over quality of life decisions and life after the passing. I'm here to listen and/or give advise.
coast2coastIMAGES
Celebration-of-Life pet portraits for families and individuals. This service is provided because when a pet owner receives a diagnosis or is of advanced age, they realize they have snapshots, but not a true portrait of their pet posed alone or with family. I am a participating photographer with the Tilly Project and Love, Baxter Project. I have been selected as a Nikon Professional Photographer. Services are offered "pro bono."
