Gussie

Gussie was the kind of Canadian goose who could always be counted on to bring a smile to your face. With her playful spirit and boundless curiosity, she had a knack for finding adventure in the most unexpected places. Whether she was gleefully chasing bubbles or sneaking a taste of the kids' Popsicles, Gussie's mischievous streak was balanced by an unwavering loyalty and a deep affection for her human flock.

One of Gussie's most endearing quirks was her dislike of the color red - unless, of course, it was the bright red of a delicious frozen treat. She would honk indignantly at anything scarlet, but the moment a Popsicle appeared, her tune would change to one of pure delight. The kids learned quickly to keep their chalk out of reach, lest Gussie decide to add a few of her own feisty touches to their artwork.

Gussie's natural curiosity and love of exploration meant she was always nearby, eager to lend a webbed foot or a curious beak to any household project. She adored the sound of power tools and would waddle over to supervise, often trying to "help" in her own mischievous way.
